Is nistune anywhere close to being able to view data in obd2 ecu's?

You mean viewing just the Consult II data (not OBD-II specific data)? We have looked into it but its some down the line at this point in time

I was thinking more along the lines of downloading the rom, editing then reflashing. I see blatz now has a cable for consult II, just wondering if you have something available. I have a maxima in the driveway that could use about 350 more hp. :D

We have martins maxima also I've been playing around with but that uses CAN for all the car comms. I'm not too sure what consult-II runs over but it might be CAN

Note on the blazt site "The cable is compatible with KWP2000 and ISO9141 protocols only"

ISO9141 is K-Line. Its the lower hardware protocol and Keyword 2000 is the software protocol that runs over the top

I've worked with TCU/ECUs which used CAN and ran KW2000 over the top

I've got it K line to test here on some of the OBD-II ECUs (S14 KA24DE and B14 SR20DE).

Apparently their cable is tied directly to NDS-II so I dont know what they've modified to get it running without getting a serial version of the cable and monitoring comms to get it working with Nisutne

No where does it say Consult-II is supported. Thats the big one that you need for reflashing the ECU etc so you can tune it.. I know they are working on that but obviously its not quite ready yet
