Adjust Adress File

Post by MichaS14a »

Hi!

If I change the injectors from 370ccm to 550ccm in a SR20DET-Bin must I change the injector value in the adress-file too to match the new injector size or can I leave the entry "INJECTORCC=370" as it is?

This is one thing I do not found in the manuals.

there is no need... it is only used for the 'factory' CC when used in the injector resize box as a starting value

Thats fine.
In ECUTalk it is essential to type in the correct injector size because this value will be used for calculating the fuel consumption (which is pretty close to the real fuel consumption).

when i add in the fuel consumption code in the future, it may be necessary to adjust this then... or have just another entry in the File - Configuration window (calibration section) for this instead
