Datalog showing incorrect AFR

Post by Delox »

Hey everyone,

Well I sucessfully took a base datalog the other day and everything looked great. i even checked it a day after and it still looked good. However now when I look at it the value shown next to the AFR dropbox choice is incorrect! (about 3 too rich, so 12afr shows at 9). The numbers are still correct on the fuel map tracing, along with all the other values in the datalog.

I tried exiting and reentering, reconfiguring the wideband, and tried multiple logs. Nothing fixed the problem.

any clue?

What wideband are you running?

sorry, innovative LC-1. The wideband window shows the right numbers, so does the fuel map. ONLY the datalog gives the wrong numbers.

I'm having the same issue. I'm using a fairly old version from 2008 that was the latest one I have that displayed everything correctly.

version 0.9.3.6.1
maybe it was a corruption at the fault of my computer. I will log again and see if that data stays intact.

regardless, here is a screen shot

Playing this back with the latest beta version

Is this what you are seeing?

You can open your log files in Excel

Does it look like its logging okay from the raw file (here we have between 14.8 - 18.8 so its not showing rich in the file or in the screen shot of the latest beta)

It looks fine in excel, I see all the correct numbers for AFR. Just in nistune it comes up incorrectly. Should I reinstall?

Put the latest beta version on then and let me know how that goes. If all goes well the problem most likely got fixed in the changes made to that version
