Dont use the new Address file for the CA18DET on your REV14 board the TTP min and Max as switched..

This almost cost me my motor hit 15.6 AFR at 0,8 bar boost.

We were doing some work on the TTPMIN/MAX as part of bug fixes some time ago and it got updated in the 2.0.0 ROM pack

Found that the tables in the original address file were backwards so those got reversed

About version 1 and 2 of the address file have the older TTPMIN/MAX order

OK, Then my REV 14 board has an issue as well.

Because I loaded my old map using the new rom pack 2 and new address files noticed the TTP/min and TTP/Max was switched and corrected it this resulted in the leaning

I have posted the log file and Map below

Also This was my old 440cc injector Map , Maxed the injectors out here pushing around 170 RWkw.

I can see when loading my old address file that the maps look switched but on my car when I correct them it goes lean so I am confused.

the fuel map, on your old map, seems to be pretty lean on the top end...
such as the 550cc map...

Are you basing this off the AFR on the map itself or the log files because a stable 11.7 on boost is fine for me, Car pulls stronger and smoother...

But the TTP/Max is what I’m concerned about

we checked this again last night. TTP min/max are now correct order.... but the RPM ranges on TTP max should be same as TTP min. I verified this with hardware tracing. So fixing up the scaling (CA18 only)

latest ROM pack has the right address file. Next Nistune version will make the TTPMax scaling 0- 3200 rpm

I have another TTPmax/min question: when I try to paly with these values at idle, I found interesting thing:
raising TTPmax value caused AFR go to rich, and opposite, lowering TTPmax caused AFR go lean. Lowering TTPmin does not cause any AFR change unless it was near 0 when engine stalled from sudden lean AFR.
It is any explanation for this?

Thanks

TTPmax is allowing the injectors to open for a longer time when increaed which is why it is going richer

TTPmin is the minimum pulsewidth cut. Make it too low and the minimum pulsewidth that the ECU uses run too lean and cuts out

The TTPmin/max in these things (CA18DET) seems to be the upper/lower bands of how the ECU injectors where in most other ECUs it is purely a limiter and doesnt affect regular injection pulsewidth
