Ign Timing cold start RB30+T
Hi, i have noticed lately with the cold weather here now first start from cold ie. sitting overnight or all day at work, it barely cranks over as if its timing has been advanced a ton it wont do it for the rest of the day.I have done all the usual checks (h/gasket etc) .I have an ECU kill switch and if i crank it with the ECU off it winds over like normal? Any one else have a simular problem?
not sure on the idle control motor
i'm having cold cranking issues too but its been since replacing the head, injectors etc. its a bit intermittent at the moment so trying to work out whats going on with the old rb30. i'm going to see if I can determine the injection pulsewidth when cold cranking to see if that is okay

mine kinda splutters for the first 15 seconds when holding the revs. didnt used to do it when i first got the car... so i've done something to it
wondering if there is a injector/water leak etc in the cylinders which gets 'cleaned' out once i hold the revs for a short amount of time
once its running there are no problems
