Will not idle! Help

Right now the car starts up, ONLY if you slightly push the gas pedal in. It will idle fine, smoking a little fuel smoke until you let off the pedal, then it will die. It pulls 20inHg during that time.

Here's what i'm doing right now.

I don't have my wideband bung welded in yet.
Base timing with the car off displays 5. I assume this is just a default value?

Deatshwerks 550cc injectors
adjusted injector value to 140 using the "resize injectors" form
Resync'ed PC to ECU

Nistune is not Displaying an o2 sensor value. Is this supposed to show up?

-I have 2 mystery plugs behind the intake manifold. Both are aligned with the center of the block. One is grey, 2 wire female, near the top. The other is black, 2 wire female, near the bottom.
-Also removed the carbon canister. Both Lines that were going to the canister are just chilling with no plug or filter on them.
-the primary valve cover breather is vented right now, the one in the front is routed to the pan. Probably will do catch can setup sometime.

Nistune doesn't give me any ECU check errors at the moment.

After idling it with the gas for a few moments, the plugs are very carbony, (it's rich)

Do you have the AAC valve connected? this impact idle

What about vacuum leaks?

What afrs are you running around idle?

What i've got so far.

Hooked the wideband bung on and in the car.

It idles at 14.7 with the throttle in for a bit, then starts leaning out. So I push the throttle in a bit, the fuel map cell moves WAY over to the high load (+22 fuel value) cuts out a bit and returns to 14.7 to repeat the cycle again.

The MAF is displaying .820 Volts via Nistune with engine off and KEY ON, I tried regrounding and it's giving the same value. I just pulled it off to try cleaning the sensor with MAF cleaner.
That is WAY to high with the motor off isn't it, that's like 820mV and from what I've heard it's supposed to be like 9mV.

ok that voltage should be higher when the car is runnin than when its off. so either the maf is bad or the wiring for the maf is bad.

the voltage is actually higher with the car on. I did some reading in the FSM and that's actually an acceptable voltage value. The measurement I was getting online was something to do with the current through ground.

Boost leak tested to 11psi, fixed a few leaks. Somehow my ghetto IACV route from the coldside didn't pop off, or leak at all...
Fiddled with injector Kvalue

Got it to idle, without being completely lean and stuttering, but now the o2 sensor is not giving any feedback. Need to rewire / get a replacement i guess. Idling it just goes to like 11.2 s and arches back slowly to 16.0. I don't think it knows what to do without that front o2 feedback.

Next up, timing light
get the o2 sensor working
14.7s at idle
get the downpipe back on the cat
go CRUISING!
exhaust shop to connect the cutout
