I think it will be back soon. Maybe he is just doing some maintenance or forgot to pay for hosting or something.

Google "eccs.hybridka down" - there are threads that are exactly 1 year old with the same questions

there was a strange script on the bottom of the pages on that site. the java script had some encoded stuff, which then decoded and tried to execute. looked bad

According to my buddy, his IP and URL were blacklisted. Likely, it's for not having that suspected harmful code fixed..

Hopefully he gets around to getting everything put back together soon.

Well, after doing a little research myself, he's renting space in a server farm in Germany. And all the other sites on the same server are up, so it's most likely he just didn't pay the bill and the "code" thing is coincidental timing..
