help with tune please

Post by hybriduno »

hi all i have just got nistune :D
i have large intercooler
t04 turbo internals
gizmo boost controller
walbro 305 pump
with standard injectors ( i plan to upgrade to 880's next month)
the problem is the car runs rich because of the pump, can anybody tell me what to change. . . its a standard merged map on z32 ecu.
any help would be great thanks or if anyone has a tuned map i could try ?

best regards hybriduno

if the oem reg has taken a knock on the top and now has a dent this will up the fuel rail pressure.

it does the same then as a adjustable one by squashing the spring inside.

no harm getting an adj one and setting the pressure to 3 bar with the small vac hose off

also what power you going for ?

880's are far too big for that turbo you have

if you want around 500bhp later on then 740's will be fine but dont forget you need a z32 afm on there too

this one is marked as gift/replacement so you shouldnt have that problem. the TPS firmware modification for Z32 was an issue here so I've loaded up the standard ROM on this one with RB25 maps

Thats cool matt thank you :D i take it i use the standard z32 adr file rather than the z32 for rb25 file thats in the misc folder?
or wont it really matter
thanks

wont really matter now which address file. the TPS volt parameter was an unused entry, so changing it will make no difference with the replacement board thats been posted through
