Fuel Map cell values almost 0 but still rich

See attached screen shot for what I'm talking about.

I'm not running rich all over the map, but at the very high RPM range under high load I've down to 4 in some cells on the fuel map, and I'm still running very rich.

I already adjusted the TTP MIN chart and that doesn't seem to be it.What am I missing?

I'm NA.
Ka24de s13 240sx with stock injectors and walbro 255.
Bolt on mods...

if you cant lean it out any further then you are going to have to use your injection mutliplier to pull the mixtures back

then you will have to increase your fuel map entirely to compensate (just highlight the whole thing and + to increase it)

then you will have more room to make it leaner at the top end

Also, make sure its not reading from the knock map. Use the knock copy feature.
