increase fuel

shouldnt the increase fuel map be rpm value on the top row? mv on the second row and then i dont know what the 3rd row means? is it the percentage of fuel added?

will need to check that one out. probably should be RPM or similar on the X axis of this map. I have the 'default' cell numbers 0-15 as the index due to lack of information on this table
