Stalls on acceleration

Finally got my car started by replacing the maf, I have got the car running at about 15.5 at idle not to worried about that but i decided to take it out see if i could drive it, As soon as i got on the throttle it when Stupid rich off the charts, I have know idea what im doing or if im doing it wrong. If you have some in site it would be great,

Another thing as soon as i get it to 14.7 at idle its great but it will not stay there for long, it'll start going rich or it'll start going lean and thoughts?

what car / engine?
what AFM / injectors are you using?
any changes to the stock ROM image in your board yet?

Figured it out. Runs decent now. Taking it for a tune. Thanks for the help. My latency was all messed up.
