so yours timing are far too low for your setup, and if you have knock you must have another problem....

I have no knock at all with this map ..
which adressfile do you use?

Is it possible to send me your map for a test? this would be fine

If i drive with 1,1 bar I´m @ TP 49 and 52

Ain't base timing supposed to be 10deg BTDC on JDM engines? (Assuming you're not from England or something). You'd basically be looking at an extra 5 degrees of advance over what Nistune would be showing you. Although it doesn't really look like that would make it ping...

Could be shitty gas compared to what other people are using too couldn't it?

How'd you measure the timing? Although I can't corraborate, I've heard using the timing loop near the back of the coilpack harness can throw things off somehow too.
