the car has sat in my driveway for a week now. The starter died, and I've had other stuff to take care of. Gonna replace the starter hopefully this week, and see if I can sort it out.

I think my K-value is at 288 or something, but my latency is way higher than that, I think it's 1400 or so. If I set it much lower, the idle will hunt like crazy

Hi!

I’ve been helping a friend with his car and Nistune, we started out with 440cc injectors and everything was working great, we then switched to 720cc and got the exact same problem as Deji my conclusion was at first that the injectors couldn’t handle a lower injector time then 2ms which seemed to be necessary to get it to idle at 14.7. We then changed to 660cc injectors and the problem was basically the same but it didn’t travel as violently between lean and rich at idle. When running under boost or just cruising the car runs great.

TTP min is set to 0 over the entire board, TTP max is set to 255 over the in tire board. I don’t know if this is the correct way of doing the TTP min/max configuration.

The car has a Z32MAF. We checked for air leaks and made sure the timing is at 15 degrees

Regarding the O2 sensor I always physically unplugged it, changing the bit 5 or raising the temp never works for me.

Regards
John

Guys I've done some more investigating to see what is going on

The orignal TTPMIN/MAX ordering is correct and I've reversed it when I shouldn't have I've found after doing some testing

Because the TTPMIN looked bigger than TTPMAX I suspected they were backwards, however TTPMIN is actually scaled differently, actually its divided by 10

I've just made updates for next release to scale accordingly. Different to other vehicles this will scale from 0 - 1.6ms

I've tested this on the bench tonight. With K set to 0 and fuel map at its lowest value and latency set to 0 you can achieve 0.29ms injector time with the TTPMIN set at 0

Adjust the TTPMIN map to max (255) and the real injection time goes upto 1.31ms because this map limits the minimum possible injection time

Use the enclosed address file to correct TTPMIN/MAX in the beta versions and I'll get this sorted for the next release

NIStune Version 0.9.13b (EXE)

Use this one for the CA18 TTPmin/max fixes. Note however that I've included newer Innovate SDK DLLs here and they dont seem to work, looking into that one currently
