I did not know there was yet another one
Haven't involved myself much in Nistune since last year in July or something.
Let me revise the question then : If I install the new nistune software version, do I need to adjust my fuel-map?

no.
there would be no reason for that... just do a sync so you get your bin file to your pc accordingly to the newest address file.
