Hi!

Fragmentation is an issue with all file-systems, and NTFS is not an an exception.
Also Swap/Page Files are still in operation.

SSD drives are nice, but won't save you from inherit shortcomings of the underlying architecture :)

For me (sadly) an SSD-Drive is not an option, since I need capacity on my laptop (so >500GB)

I would be interested in a combined drive, so 60GB SSD and the rest HDD ..

not really sure how achitecture has anything to do with the soft OS page file and fragmention but
hey a combined ssd and hdd, now thats an idea!! atleast until the cost for a TB ssd is realistic.

what about an ssd and cloud account.. keep TB's on tap and the cost of a wwan/3G link.

cheaper still, sticky tape a usb/sata 2.5 5400rpm hdd to the back laptop sceen (or utilise a spare multibay port and shove it in)

Just to close this one out was fixed in 0.10.12 re-release install and working on 0.10.13
