yes. I have borrowed from a friend to try, but the results were even worse.

Yes, use the "N62" Z32 MAF. These are good and common.

- make sure it's wired correctly (should see about 1.0 to 1.2V MAF voltage at idle)

Then in NIStune:

- turn IGN on (don't start engine) and connect to NIStune.
- check that there are no fault codes present. Important!
- sync tune from ECU > NIStune (downloads maps from ECU to NIStune).
- change MAF in NIStune from stock to Z32.
- re-size injectors in NIStune from 370cc to 550cc.
- sync tune from NIStune to ECU and then hit "burn".
- start engine and see if AFR's are good.
- check again for fault codes. Some only show after engine is started.

If it's too rich/lean then adjust K constant until mixtures are good.

That should get it roughly correct. Your injectors may not be 550cc, so don't worry if you need to adjust K constant manually to get it right.

that's what I did in this manual, but the engine did not become better, I did have such suspicions that a fault in the engine, as the settings can hardly improve its performance.

A stock ECU should only see 0-1V O2 signal, if you connect the wideband 0-5V signal to your ecu, the AFR will be mess up.
Did you tried disconnect the O2 signal to your ECU ?

adjustment of the sensor is disabled by software.

When you make changes to your tune - does it say 'Uploaded XXXX: XX' at the bottom of the screen?

Does nistune show ECU ID: 23710-xxxxx (FACTORY) or REV: xx at top of the screen. I dont think your board is installed properly into your ECU and it is using factory settings
