Okay this looks good. We have LTFT and you can see the adjustments (in those cells traced) in the RAM tracer at 1500

Yes the knock count works on the version on the website, but I've disabled in the software unless the 'knock sensor' DTC box is ticked CA18DET didn't have the DTC addresses defined, so you can see them in the attached updated address file (put in Documents/Nistune/Address). I will include the updated version in next release

Nice to have some stuff like this for the mighty CA. Shame we don't see more of them around here in SA.

What is the error message? It should work with the latest 1.3.29 released 4 days ago

Hi Matt,

it shows:

Errors in Adress File cannot process!
Error: ROM OFFSET is not specified
Error: ROM ORIGIN is not specified
Error: ROM LENGTH is not specified
Error: CPU type is not specified.

All in one Error box.

Also: How can i open the Consult Ram Tracer with a Type1 Board that has no consult? I cant find the option anywhere.
BEst Regards
Felix

Hi Felix

Are you opening the file directly, or just putting it over the top of the previous one in your Documents/Nistune/Address folder?

You should just replace the previous version

RAM tracer is only available in Expert mode sorry. File > Config > Misc > User level = expert then restart, and you should see RAM tracer in Display > consult RAM tracer

Tried both, if i replace it and go to Select Vehicle -> S13/RS13U12 Silvia/180SX CA19DET it seems to select another adr file.
Nistune asks me if i want to load the Feature Pack adr since it recognizes a feature pack 1 ECU but i tried both loading the adr file for FP1 and leave the File loaded that has been chosen automatically. Both without success so far.

I'll check with RAM Tracer.

Ran out of time Friday. Been crazy busy as usual. Anyway I've put the LTFT into 1.3.30 for S13 CA18DET (standard) + FP1 versions. Release going up now

Matt wrote: Wed Aug 12, 2020 8:16 am Yeah just hold off for that then. I don't have an ETA unfortunately as I'm finishing up FP1.1/FP2.1 for SR20DET currently (half way updating my patching scripts), and then will go back to the knock count work after that
Hi Matt,

any update on FP1.1 re-release with cylinder selective knock count for Type 1 CA18?

Best Regards

No update yet on this one. I'm part time with Nistune, so adding extra features on top of normal support is only when I have free time
