SUCCESS!!! :D

I had another ECU socketed and all is well! In addition to everything running perfectly, Nistune reads the ECU with ease, Real Time Map Tracing Works, and my Innovate Motorsports WBO2 is communicating properly and displaying the correct AFRs.

FWIW, with the 2.5" cable between the Ostrich and ECU, I do not need the socket booster for proper operation.

good stuff!

yeah i didnt need to use the booster either. shorter cable is sufficient. it must drop that extra bit of current with the longer cable to stop it working

hey steve I hope you are still surfing this forum.. I would love to see a build up thread on your car.. what you did and how much it all cost.. would love to do a vh45 conv on my s15.. do you have anything ?

yes, those cars are epic, how the heck did you fit that v8 into a z32??? i mc-love it..
