ECU hardware contains custom chips which sometimes are programmed with specific register locations etc which tie into the ECU hardware

It is known for Z32 that the country of the ECU must match the image. So Z32 EDM wont work 100% correctly with Z32 USDM image for example

Ohh I see,

So that would be the/some kind of init routine then?
I did not know there were country specific HW-Versions of the Z32 ECU.
(or do I mix something up now??)

Base image matches ECU type so that is not a factor here
