my setup:

83,5mm CP Pistons
Pauter Rods
Garett GT2871r 56t rim, EX AR 0,64 with costum mainford
Poncams 256° 8,5mm Lift IN, EX
Z32 MAF
750cc injectors
walbro
58mm throttle body
FMIC
98 octan fuel
free flow exhaust
free flow air filter

My issues is if i want to go over 1 bar (14,5psi), the engine knocks. And my timing is really low. But with the low timing the egt goes to high.
Enclosed you find my timing table....so what can i do otherwise?
Maybe someone can post his timing table with an similar setup?

te most knock is at 6000-6500rpm

Running lambda 0.75 = AFR 11 under full throttle

Whooa BCPR9 that's cold... It's not your knock problem source...

Do you have the same values in both standard and knock timing maps?

Could you send me your map?

My map with exactly the same turbo and AFM Z32 and 750cc injectors is mapped from TP 6 to TP 102

as TP 102 is 1.8bar

with filtered values I have about 30-34° of advance at TP 57 and 11-15 at TP102

so yours timing are far too low for your setup, and if you have knock you must have another problem....

I have no knock at all with this map ..
