Monster a number ranging from 41-48 should get you going.

I had a tune bin file with deatchwerks 550 at 4 bar the latency is 720 uS for a B13 SR20DE
550*1.15 =632.5cc at 4 bar

I heard they are slightly slower than stock but faster than nismo

Just curious, anybody know if the microseconds value is very accurate? On one Megasquirt setup I did we set the latency value by observing the oscilloscope waveform and calculating the time by the inductive current bumps in the voltage. This would really take out some of the guesswork.
