recommended installer for CA18 board? (in USA)

Anyone have any positive feedback for a type 1 board installer in the states? Please share.

it's not a dificult job to do, plus there is documentation about it.
unless you do not have any soldering skills, the job is pretty easy.
you can also take it to a TV repair shop or something similar... don't know how it works. Or I think you can send the ECU to Matt and he'll do it for you...
