You reach max TP=109, your maps ar stock, what was the corresponding boost ?
Concerning your AFRs in the closed loop, you manage to get 14-15 values because your O2 sensors are correcting the AFR, and that's true the original map values are far from 14.7 AFR, more 17-18 in my case with O2 sensors disabled.
