Turbo vs. NA bin files for NA ecus in turbo applications

Hey guys I'm curious about something. 88-89NA ecus seem to run fine with the 88t bin file in turbo applications. I havent actually tried it yet but I suspect they will also run fine with a moded NA file. My question is which do you think is better to run on a turbo setup with the NA ecu hardware. My only concern is that the turbo bin might handle load transitions differently or something like that. Anyone have any input?
So far I know the following is different between the NA and T ecus. Nothing affecting performance that I can think of. Anything else?
O2 sensor - NA uses Zirconium- T uses Titania
Idle controls - NA is just on/off - T is variable PWM
Det sensor - Na doesnt have one
