Setup:
RB25 S1 R33 in ECR33
R33 Harness
Nistune Type 2 with RB20 ECU
Siemmens 760cc injectors
Z32 AFM Blow Through
Ebay Intake Manifold, No IACV/AAC or anything installed
3076R 0.70/0.83
Fuel Pressure 41psi @ idle w/ vacuum hose attached
MSD Window switch for VTC

Now Ive managed to get the car to idle pretty well and thats about all it does. Idling around 900-1000 with AFRs aroudn 12.5-13 at idle via LC1 to Logworks.

My issue is that the connection to the ECU will drop randomly and definitily when cranking andwill not resume. I had been using ECUTalk last summer as my friend gave me his old Consult cable. It had been working fine with no real issues. Ivegrounded the engine to the chassis, theignition ground is there, the other grounds that went around the stock water temp sensor are there. The ECU is bolted to the firewall at the stockbolt and has an extra wire grounded to the chassis and secure to the ECU chassis. I wired a direct ground from the Consult port to a chassis ground as well with no change.

Ive written changes and downloaded maps, but cannot do anything real time. Any help?

Ive got the issue solved by hard wiring it right to the consult port a few cms from the ECU harness and bam, problem solved. Connectivity is perfect for now, havent been able to rev it high enough to see if there will any interference at higher RPMs
