shouldnt need one, theres one provided. Load up the address file from the misc folder for hcr32 rb25 and the load the stock map found either here or downloaded from the ecu as matt ships it out accordingly to your basic setup
from there its as easy as using the resize injector function first then the change maf function next...that will roughly account for the tp scale adjustment (which is pretty close from my experience, which is less than a month)
from there you need a wideband and setup the injector multiplier and latency based on your injectors....
from there its either street time (like me) or dyno time (which comes soon)
i cannot stress the importance of reading the documentation like 10 times at least while looking at the software

also, if I remember correctly, to injector wire are inverted from R32 to R33 if it's not already done
... Can't remember which though

I have 2 recent posts in this section about my rb25 running on an rb20 ecu in one of those's posts is the stock map.
FYI no injector wires need to be swapped. The rb20 ecu has injector 2 and 4 (i Think) swapped compared to the rb25 ecu.
However the ecu uses batch firing of the injectors. Injectors 2 and 4 are in the same batch so it does not matter that they are around the wrong way.

As said before use the base map and then resize injectors and AFM at the same time. You will also need to know the lag times for your injectors to get it right.
You should then follow the nistune documentation on fine tunning your K constant.

K might be messed up if you have tried resize on the same image twice
Load up the factory image again from the ROM pack for HCR32 then retry the injector resize and MAF change
No one on here would probably have that map floating around, so would be necessary to do the above to get it right again and then sync that into your ECU and see if it starts, if not then shoot me an email and I'll do it on this side
