currently i have a 23710-82f04 ecu with my nistune board sent with the same ecu number etc

is it possible to take my nistune board out of my current ecu and put it into another ecu with a different code or will it have a hissy fit?

i'll be going from 23710-82f04 to a 82f10 ecu is this ok or will i need to reprogram the board with a base programmer from 82f04 to 82f10?

that should be fine. they are the same base part number 23710-82Fxx

The 10 = auto ECU, first revision
the 04 = manual ECU, 5th revision

It will run as a manual with that image in the board still. Hardest part is moving the adaptor (or get another from me for $8AUD plus $15 airmail) since it will most likely break trying to desolder it (definately not advised I've tried this several times)
