Yes, it is possible if you use a DLP Board http://www.dlpdesign.com/usb/io8.shtml and use e.g. the suggested temperature sensor for measuring the intake temp.

but isnt there an intake sensor already fited original ? :s

Most Nissans don't have one. The AFM takes inlet air temp into account in its measurement, so there's no separate reading as such.
GTR's have one, but I'm not aware of any others.

Not like MAP sensing vehicles which use the IAT sensor to compensate for intake temp
