Important notice - Matt Downtime in next month

Hi all

Basically I will be moving in the next month. Already started packing last few nights since I have so much crap around the place. Nistune bits will be the last to move but I will have some downtime during this time whilst new telephone, internet etc is set up as it comes

I will try to keep up the pace but if there is a bit of a delay that is the reason why. Updates to this thread as things happen

Also ordering will be down during the June-July transition for two reasons -

1. Transition between financial year and account reconciliation. No more orders between 25th June 2010 and 1 July 2010. Australian financial years happen midway in the year

2. That is about the time of my move and orders take time to process, program, pack, send etc

After that will be full steam (probably more steam) as usual :D

thanks
Matt

Further to this I'm also moving - at around the same time. Matt and I usually try to cover NIStune orders between us, so if one of us is offline for whatever reason then the other looks after anything urgent. But things have worked out badly this time, so there could be a bit of a hole with both www.nistune.com and www.plmsdevelopments.com being out of action.

Hopefully we'll finish up with a bit of overlap so one of us will be available, but last time I moved Telstra made a prize cock-up of my phone line change-over and I was offline for over 2 weeks and had over 300 emails by the time I was finally online again. :(

Internode seem to be pretty good. It's Telstra who are the problem. Of course we have this wonderful conflict of interest thing going on where Telstra seem to go out of their way to mess things up when they know you're with another ISP. Great system...
