have you looked in c:\ program \ nistune \ log ?

the log files are .csv and you should be able to open them with Excell.
change the log path to somewhere you know, then on the log player (in nistune) go to browse and search on the path you specified.

Right Click 'nistune icon' and choose "run as administrator" when you use it under W7 or Vista.

Some new MS security features that can prevent the directory access permissions.
