missing the throttle enrichment table from s14 sr20det file

i've had to do a full laptop format and i was running 9.14.09 and 2.2 rom pack before it and the table was there

reinstalled with 9.14.13 and 2.2 rom pack and i've just noticed the throttle enrich table is missing

Do Window - Cascade to rearrange the windows

Your window is hiding outside the current viewing area in the software

I've now updated the code so that if it detects a table out of bounds, then the window gets put back in the default location, so this doesn't happen again
