Auxiliary Injector control

Hey guys!
Looking to see if anyone has used nistune to control auxiliary "injectors" to control things other than fuel (gasoline) injectors. Such as PWM's (pulse width modulation) for water methanol injection.
I'm considering my options for water meth and I'm thinking I'd rather use PWM's on a fuel rail than mess with nozzles and slow reacting pump motors.
I'm considering (on my 300zx, vg30dett) either running 2 injectors at the TB's or 6 with one on each runner. I'm trying to figure out the best way to control said injectors and I'm hoping nistune with facilitate.
any input?
