Type 3 Z32 issue

I did a consult download from the ECU in my 95 z32, installed the type 3 nistune, and tried to connect to it. The ECU is detected as an S14 SR20DET ecu, and won't allow me to connect to it? It asks me if I want to autoload the S14 address file, and if I select yes it gives me another error...
J2 is selected on the nistune board, and CJ2 is jumpered on the main board. This ECU was a JWT ECU before installing nistune.
ECU PN is A18-C61 ML4, which is a 51Pxx series board, so it seems everything is jumpered correctly...
Any idea what is wrong?

What is the ECU part # reported by the board against ECU ID?
What if you open Z32 Type 3 address file, and hit 'no' when it suggests wrong address file. Does it work then?

The ECU is detected as S14 Silvia SR20DET 74F00
If I load the Z32 type 3 address file as you suggest, I get an error that says:
"Invalid Adress! Check address file
Address %04X cannot be accessed on Nistune board"
Is it possible I have a bad solder joint? Or is something else going on?
Thanks!
Edit: I double checked the continuity of all of my soldering...everything is good

Board is programmed for S14 SR20DET. What is written on the board itself?
Sounds like the programming is wrong and needs to be reprogrammed or exchanged. Shoot me an email

The Base Image box is empty...no writing at all
The CPLD Rev box has some writing, but I can't make sense of it

Board hasn't been programmed - its a blank board with default S14 base image on it which is used during testing
