S14 - hitting a fuel cut at 5600rpm

So I was working on a S14 today, It has Z32, is hitting 4.3volts from about 4500rpm and at 5600rpm the injection duty cycle is cut right off. I think the injectors are 840cc´s, They show 57% and right after 5600rpm they show 3%.
I´ve raised the TP Load, max injection time .
What else can there be that just cuts the fuel completely?

Rev limit 7200 &&&&&????? cant are exceeding maximum speed

All have been removed and the engine cut-off greater than 7100 rpm did not Rolling. Limits fuel.

Engine speed limit is 7200rpm, road speed limit is maxed out.

What does that mean?
The speed limits are all above 400kmh or something unreachable.
