Backfire during shift

Ok so here is my question when I shift no matter the load or the rpm my a/f will go lean from fully closed throttle and when I go into gear and give it throttle it will backfire and I mean BACKFIRE! Once my a/f comes back from shifting it will be around 13-14 so not dumping a lot of fuel. So is there anything I can adjust to help this?
Thanks!

A little bit of background info would probably help!
But in the absence of that - most problems like this tend to come down to blow-off valve operation/setup or airflow meter placement - not tuning.

Take a log whilst doing this and see if your MAF voltage shows a spike on decel - if so then what PL said

Maf is a pull through and I have a atmospheric bov will be getting a vented soon hopefully. I'll do the log of the decel. Thanks for the advice.
