NIStune 0.90111 now available

- Consult guages finished!
- Knock sensor window added (Shortcut - press D for detonation detection). The knock addresses for each ECU will be gradually added to nistune
- Fix for some consult values not displayed during Logging (stream mode)
- Fix for maptracing dropping off when first maptracing windows closed
