This is version 13R
I just tried to change my K-Constant while being in stream mode.
It took me a while to realize why my AF ratio was not changing.
Also I suggest to make it easier recognizable in which mode you currently are ..
A larger Icon would help!
(or .. god-forbid the old trusty check-box)

Larger icon in a test release put up tonight (before you did this post). Try it out

Yes whilst a warning dialog would be nice, it doesnt play well when you highlight a group of cells and it pops up the window for each one, or you are intentionally wanting to change the cells whilst off line (or in stream mode)

Hmmmm ...
The notifications are difficult to read or pay attention to when being in the
car with a tiny laptop.
There you pay attention to all kind of things, but no a small text message.
I was changing K, and nothing happened on the WB.
Maybe you could flash the screen or play a warning sound?
Or the requester could come up when AUTO is enabled?
