20+ psi with cold engine, 10-15psi after warm? WHY?

My rb25det with lightning maf set up in a 4inch tube intake seems to work much better than it did when it was in the 2.5 inch tube but its doing the same thing it was doing when it was maxing out except this time its not maxing out. Im only seeing like 4.3 volts when the engine is cold boosting up around 20psi. When warm its reading something similar but feels like its cutting out? Do I need to increase the top scales under the maf conversion or something?? Im stumpted...?

thanks

sounds like you answered your own question.

If the engines cutting out then the turbo can't produce boost thats the obvious answer to the boost drop.

Due to the fact you mentioned it seems better when engine is cold, it must not have enough enrichment or require different ignition timing to solve this when warm.

note: ensure knock maps are not having an influence.

around 15 psi Im seeing like 23 degrees of ignition timing or so. Everything after that is like 17 degrees or so. The rb25det base bin was kind off junk. I know that the timing is retarded based on what psi your running. Like under 8 psi retard timing 1 degree. Under 8-15 retard timing 2 degrees and so forth but like I said the base timing was all over the place in the rb25det base bin.

I copy the timing map and pasted it in the knock map to keep both similar.

If I needed to modify the maf conversion tables some more would I need to increase the value or lower??

An increase will result in enrichment. note: This moves the load calculation
