when perform "comparison" check box is enabled in the left menu change the backround color from white to whatever color you like for the maps/constants that contains at least on diference, so the user know in a second without open each map, what things are diferent., i have also attached a picture (white means that here is no diference on the respective maps/constants and light blue means there are at leas one diference on that map/constant)

good idea. will add to list. this one should 'hopefully' be fairly trivial to implmenet
