S14a Euro 82F05 - VTC RPM Cut adjustment

Hi,

I´m currently adjusting my map for 14 PSI and a smooth boost transition.
Set the fuel to 11.5 AFR @WOT and iginiton is safe, no knock so far.

I need to know if i raise or lower my VTC RPM CUT how does it affect my fuel and IGN maps ?
For stock cams, is there any gain or loss on setting a diferent VTC Cut RPM or its better to stay at 5700rpm ?

My current setup:
S14a 82F05 Europe ECU + Nistune type 4
Stock SR20DET bottom and top end
Nismo 555 injectors
Z32 MAF (soon)
FMIC (soon)
GT2860Rs (disco pottato)
3" full exhaust
AVCR Boost Controller
Innovate LC-1 WBO2
Phormula Ks4 Knock detection

with such a small turbo the VTC switch point wont change much if anything from the std setting.
