Operations -> select consult register

i clicked on it while i was connectd to teh type 1 board, iclicked on it when i was not connectd to the board and nothing happens in either the cases

The 'select consult register' is only applicable for consult/extended consult boards where selecting fewer registers speeds up the serial communications in 'Tuner mode'

I will have to add a 'not available in USB consult' mode message. CR to be raised
