Z32 Idle Timing Maps vs RB25

This is something I always wondered about.
On Z32 all the idle timing tables ->
Idle Stabilization Max/Min/Advance/Retard are set to Zero (magenta)
whereas on RB25 there are actual values in theses tables.
I always wondered if that is comparable to RB25 and how the Z32 actually maintains its timing at idle
since there seem to be no values for idle stabilization.
So either we're missing some values/tables on Z32 or some other mechanism is used to maintain idle.
Would anyone know how idle timing is handled on Z32 and what these tables actually stand for?
MAGENTA=Z32 RED=RB
