NISTUNE disconnects on 1.2bar , 1bar is fine ... wth ?

Hi
Car: s14a.
Mods: Stock engine, gt2871, 300zx maf, 550cc injectors from subaru, 3" exhaust
Everything was fine at 0.5, 0.8, 1 bar (rare random disconnects, but not bad) and then at 1.2 bar nistune keeps disconnecting at 4000-4500 rpm.
Switching to stream mode give me a little more rpms, and disconnects at about 5000-5600 rpm.
Also closing map window, afr window and leaving only log window open helps a little - strange ...
I know the first answer, check the electrical ground
Seems ok ...
So what else to look for ?
