As long as you know the duty time of the coil pack, then you can adjust the dwell vs volt table to suit those coils. I'm not familiar with different coils apart from the widely discussed LS1/LS2 on this forum to know their dwell time required

Im using vag tfsi coils (differ.partumber from yours) and they are happy with stock dwell table.

I was planning to map my ca18det to 500bhp so I know they would work but needed to know if they can be adjusted I am looking at the ls1 coil pack options as I can buy 8 stock one for very very cheap

From what i gathered, ls1 coils have a positive trigger, while ls2 coils have a negative trigger, so better go for these ones. The ls2 truck coils also have a radiator to cool the integrated igniter. I found the dwell time is 5ms on them, which is long; but it seems they can hold a 1.1mm gap with 1.5bar boost, so unless you are planning to rev a lot higher than 7000rpm, it should be ok
