lean pop or misfire issue high rpm sr20det

I have a 1982 datsun maxima that I swapped a s13 blacktop e5 engine in.
3071r t25 flange internal gate bottom mount
full 3 inch stainless exhaust no muffler or cat
inter-cooler
greddy intake
800 cc sard top feed injectors
inline walbro 255 -6an feed
fpr with gauge
z32 maf
anyways i got it running with a base file i had been working on. had a pain of a time setting latency for injectors finally set on 1350 or so. cruised around on freeway set the k value. had to mess with latency on freeway when giving throttle from.60 to .95 on tps.. to get it not to go lean.
first issue.. first gear will hold about 10 psi with a 12-14 garret wastegate. second gear 15 psi and 3rd witll go to 15 then boost creep to 20 psi. I took turbo off and ported the waste gate as much as possible behind the flapper. this did help because it use to boost creep way worse.
so when i try to accelerate in any gear it will pull and as i get close to redline it starts popping and goes lean..
list of what I have done.
changed cas
tried 2 different z32 maf 1 oem 1 aftermarket
3 sets of coils
2 ignitors
3 sets of bkr7e plugs gapped from .25 to .32
reset timing at 15
changed tps and reset to .48
checked for boost leaks
fuel pressure set at 43.5 no vac. drops about 10 psi with vac. hooked 15 psi to fpr and raises 1:1 accordingly
the reason this is bothering me is because it not a rev limiter im hitting.. makes car undrivable to drift .. cruising around it drives fine. part throttle it will cut out up top as well.
I have also tried 350z coil packs and bypassing the sr20det ignitor. I have tried multiple tunes. one this is I dont have a vss signal hooked up. I'm using a cable with a z31 speed sensor for my factory speedo to work. I have read that det ecu wont cut out from no speed input.. if i hammer it in 2nd gear until it pops and cuts and stay on throttle it somtimes feels like engine completely shuts down spark and fuel completely.. weird.
not that good with doing logs.
here is a log that recorded from me rolling in first and going wot and shifting to 2nd and wot then 3rd wot.. it cuts out each gear.
