He there,
I'm new to Nistune (but have been reading a lot) and can't wait on using it on my S15-R
Have been looking at the software and the maps but can't seem to find any information on why the knock maps are removed in the Feature-Pack
Do you advise to just use FP image and forget about the stock image?!
[FP] Knock maps removed, why?

Re: [FP] Knock maps removed, why?
They are used from factory to switch from high octane to low octane fuel after excessive knock count or if the knock sensor is faulty. They switch back to high octane on each vehicle restart
They were removed since the vehicle is specifically has these maps tuned to the fuel customers are running, it complicates the tuning process when the ECU knocks during tuning, however the ecu still retards knock on detonation. I needed the space in ROM to put the flex maps also which is why they got removed

I thought that would be the reason..
So if I don't use the flex fuel maps there is still no reason to not run the Feature pack?
A "Better-in-every-way" update?!

Using total injection multiplier parameter added in means no resclaing TP scales which makes tuning easier and resolves problems with adjusting TP scales using only K constant
