NIStune 0.9105 now available

This has bug fixes for problems reported with 0.9104

- CA18 timing offset fix which caused bad map display
- AFR table mismatch with cursor vs grid value

Plus

- Log player not updating small gauge window during playback
- Wideband 'random' serial disconnect problems associated with some USB-Serial converters reporting 0 bytes on received data
