TP value vs actual load cell

Post by Torque »

I had a look at one of my logs and noticed that TP value and actual load cell are not always in line.
Have a look below .. at TP23 it should be in the adjacent load cell '27' and not '17'

Btw.it would be nice being able to resize the Input Tracer :)

TP value of 23 is closer to 20 than it is to 27. So that is putting the value in the correct cell

Doing resize windows involves quite a bit of effort (would have to be a whole new recode, making a new window and tieing it to the existing panel below)

I find the Input Tracer really helpful especially when used with a wideband.

It would be nice to have it larger though but if it's a recode then I assume you have more things to attend to.

Some of these windows will require a recode... something I want to do but also time restricted

Newer laptops have higher resolution screens with smaller font size. It used to be that people couldnt fit enough on their screens but now the fonts are too small because the display sizes have increased

Yes, that is very true .. the resolution has definitely increased .. high dpi and small fonts.

Can't you just increase the cell size in the input tracer window combined with a larger font?
The whole window should get larger this way.

It's a great tool to use ..

As long as the numbers don't fall off the screen. Remember the window is used for all sorts of numbers
