Able to view/trace only one map at a time

I tried to search and google, but I didn't manage to get any hits, maybe with poor search string or just not discussed.
Yesterday, (I remember getting the same problem before also), while doing some tuning I ended up loosing possibility to have fuel and ignition map open at the same time. If I have e.g. fuel map open and click on ignition map, to view it, the fuel map closes. This caused quite much trouble while it was not possible to trace both maps at the same time.
What could cause this? I didn't find any setting related to that either?
I did also end up having some strange issue also with opening O2 window. I had the green lambda 1 button up in the bar, but clicking it, did nothing.
Could this be just something related to OS/computer or what happened. I restarted computer and also the software several times, but the issue still existed with the maps, but I did manage to get the O2 open.
Using Lenovo laptop with i7 Broadwell with 8 Gb of ram and 128 SSD. OS is Win10 home.
I will remove NIStune today and install again and hope it solves the map problem as I need it the tomorrow.
I remember I had the same map issue with my old Dell M4300 laptop with Win7 x64 in it, but this has been few years ago and there has been new versions of NIStune after that, so maybe reinstall/upgrade has solved the problem in that case.
