Rb25det can't change fuel values/load other maps

So like I'm in the twilight zone, my old motor blew a year ago. now I got a spare rb25 stagea motor with a modified/cut awd oil pan.

so I loaded up the stock base 300zx map, last year I was able to lean out the raw fuel map past 14.70. this time I cannot, and I also cannot load up another basemap.

last year I was able to run on a z32-rb25det combined map, now the damn thing won't load up.

so I can stabilize the idle afr's to 14.5 but it's erratic, looked for a boost leak, found it and fixed it and still dips into 9afr when I'm cruzing.

here is a datalog, any ideas?

This is the wrong section (Type 2 for Z32 ECU is the correct section)

Stagea RB25DET NEO but with Z32 ECU?

Have you used the file:
Documents\Nistune\ROM_Pack\Type2\ECR33_RB25\Z32_FOR_RB25DET_41P03_MT_v4.bin

Instead of the Z32 base file?
